After some preparation and delays I was finally able to visit Cochabamba and Ushpa-Ushpa during the second week of February 2004! The group Sociedad San Vicente de Paúl scheduled an extraordinary and wonderful meeting to get to know each other more personally. I was deeply impressed by the actions and motivations this group of people has set up.
A visit to the site was organized as well. Six group members showed me the sanitation station and we immediately decided to start the project.
