Commencement!

On May 23rd, the people of Ushpa-Ushpa, the members of the Sociedad San Vicente de Paúl in Cochabamba and many other volunteers celebrated the commencement of the project. The contract with the construction company is signed and the first installment paid! The construction time is expected to be six months.
